Shipping Process Time
Order Processing
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email or SMS and arrange the shipment as soon as it's available.
Order cancellation is accepted within 8 hours of purchase. A handling fee of $10–$40 will apply. After 8 hours, cancellation is no longer possible.
Packaging Details
Orders under 82 ft are packed together in one parcel.
Small-feet orders over 82 ft may be shipped in multiple parcels under one tracking number.
Delivery Time Estimate
Standard Shipping 5-7 business days
Orders placed during weekends or holidays may be delayed by 2–3 days.
Shipping Notes
We only ship to valid street addresses. PO Boxes are not supported.
If wraps arrive damaged, please keep the packaging, take photos/videos, and file a complaint with the shipping carrier.
Share the complaint number with us so we can help resolve it quickly.
If your order contains unclear or ambiguous messages, we’ll hold shipment, contact you before dispatching, and resumes shipment after information clarified.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Conditions for Return and Exchange
1.1 Applicable Situations
We accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects (e.g., visible damage, unremovable stains on certain meters like 1ft, 2ft, 3ft).
- Logistics-related Damage during shipping.
- Obvious Color Difference between product received and order.
- Incorrect Product or Color (e.g., wrong series, color, or size).
1.2 Additional Notes
If damage is found during delivery, please retain both the product and its packaging for inspection by our team or the logistics provider.
1.3 Non-Applicable Situations
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Minor color variation not affecting product quality.
- Used, altered, or customer-damaged products.
- Discounted or clearance sale items.
- Special orders, customized products.
- Sheet samples or partial rolls cut from full rolls.
2. Application Period
- Return Requests: Must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange Requests:within 7 days of delivery.
3. Return and Exchange Process
3.1 Contact customer service
Please email us at support@bovonusa.com with the following:
- Order number and LOT number
- Description of the issue + photos/videos
- Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
3.2 Review and Approval
We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with approval or rejection.
3.3 Return the Item
USA Orders FULL Rolls Only:
Please contact our Team for domestic return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
- For quality or shipping issues, Bovon covers return shipping.
- For personal reasons (e.g., wrong order, change of mind), the customer must pay return shipping.
- 6% handling fee will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons.
- If that exceeds 5% of the total order, the full amount will apply.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Method
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., Paypal, credit card).
- Processing times depend on your provider.
5.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't arrived:
- Check your bank or Paypal balance
- Contact your card issuer or bank
